The HELP system is not needed for good design, although people tend to ignore the HELP system when they buy or use a product. The designer's would know that not a lot of people will use the HELP system, unless there is a big problem that emerges from the product. Good designs just provide the users with the HELP system, but people know that there are good designs that do not require the HELP system. But vice-versa, having a HELP system doesn't mean it is a good design. A good design shouldn't need a lot of help to start with.
The persona for project 5 would be someone who enjoys watching these super hero's. Anyone who has been a big fan of comics such as Marvel would be nice. Also, the person wouldn't be just limited to certain types of comics. If the person know a lot of comics, that would mean that person has a lot of resources to look back to.
