I feel like most of the online help or tutorials are a waste. I don't feel like enough people use them in order for these systems to be implemented. I personally find myself whenever I have an issue going to Google and searching for an answer before I use the help system. I think that people spend more time using these help systems looking for the answer then they would just searching for it on a search engine. I think that there is no use for these systems and more time could be put into making the overall design of the website better. There will be the occasional person that can't navigate through the site but a quick search through Google could help them faster then going through a help system.
For project 5 I intend to focus on the fans. The fans are the people that know what to expect and how the superhero is supposed to behave. The fans are the sole entity you have to focus on because a bad design could alter the superhero and how he behaves. A design that is not approved by fans will not last therefore the fans are the most important to focus on.
