My name is William McQuade, but I go by Bill or Billy; either way is fine. I am a senior this year majoring in Informatics, and I am from Cedar Lake, IN which is located in northwest Indiana. I enjoy playing all kinds of sports, however my favorite is mixed martial arts. I have been training MMA for about two years now. The aspects of mixed martial arts that I train in are: Brazilian jiu-jitsu which is basically submission wrestling, boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and wrestling. I enjoy competing and participating in these activities. The aspect of the class that I am somewhat worried about is the art aspect. I am not much of an artist and cannot draw very well. An idea that I took away from the class is how important design truly is. Everything is designed for a specific function for a specific reason. Without these specific designs, these products would not work just as perfectly as they do. I have uploaded a picture of myself and placed it below.
