One Website that I've found that has the most obvious design of all is Google. Google has a clean webpage that has one bar that lets you type in anything you are searching for or trying to look up at the time. It leaves little room for error for the users. As you are typing in your search, it even brings up top searches of others and things you have previously searched. After you have typed in your search, you can either press enter or the button that says Google search. The only mistake that could really be made is if you happened to press the I'm Feeling Lucky icon.
