8 - Karamvir Singh

I have learned a lot of new useful things about design in this class. I am excited to play the whole game and try the last project. The one important thing that i know now, but did not know earlier is how important it is to have a persona. It really makes the life of a designer easier and helps them design for their customers. I realized this when I was working on project 4. My group was having trouble adding new ideas and debating on what to add and what to leave behind. We always went back to our persona and thought thought about whether she would like it or not. When the idea of a persona was introduced in class, I thought it was unnecessary and just a formality. Yet, I used it to make the project easier for  and the design better in the last project.So, I believe a persona is the most important thing I have learned in this class, so far.
