I chose Yahoo! as a website that is well designed and easy to use in last week's blog. So, this week I will try to think from a developers perspective instead. In my opinion, Yahoo! stands for a news heavy website, yet includes many forms of entertainment and for all age groups.The developers really wanted to use bright colors and lots of tabs, but also made the news and weather easy to access. Also, logging in to one's e-mail is also made really simple. This is because Yahoo! is heavily used for e-mail, but it is also popular for news and entertainment. There are a lot of tabs for all sorts of entertainment and news, including sports, weather, mobile, and yahoo answers. As a developer, I would want to make all the different tabs stick out and make all pages of the website easy to access and easy to find.
