6 - Albert Park

To start with, we would have to know the definition of a mental model. Simply put, a mental model helps everything easily usable. For project #3, we were supposed to change something on YouTube, and for my group we decided to help international users for YouTube to have a better search experience within different nationalities. We had a mental model of helping them have an easier way to search.
The difference between implementation model and the mental model is that the implementation model is something not made for the users, but something made to do things they are supposed to do. Users would have to learn how to use them in order to put them to use, while mental models wouldn't need that different lesson.
