Looking at my design for project three, I would use the "Let Them Speak" technique to help determine which features to keep and which ones to cut.  There is not much interface on the page that can simply be removed; however, there could be slight changes and removals based on what the community of users say in site's forum.  By listening to customer discuss certain issues, especially when talking amongst each other and not necessarily complaining directly to the design team, I believe a more practical approach would be taken towards removing/leaving/altering any features on the page at hand.
