For my YouTube design, it is difficult to drop any feature because my design only incorporated a couple but if I had to choose I would eliminate the scrolling of stills when a user hovers over a video.  I think that this is an extra feature that isn't completely necessary for users to have if they want to select a video.  The third question in the Unnecessary Test is if the feature is "vital" to the activity of the application and this feature in my design is not.  Users would still be able to learn more about videos with the video expanding and showing the description like in my original design.
